What is it about

Here, we slow down creating room to notice what usually slips past us. 

We listen closely to sensations (physically, emotionally and energetically).

We begin to better understand our boundaries and to recognise what is nourishing and what isn't.

​

As awareness deepens, so does our connection with ourselves. 

We feel more comfortable in our body, more grounded in ourselves, more aligned in our choices.

​

From this place, life becomes easier to navigate and we are able to savour every moment of it.

Pavana Muktasana
+ Yoga Nidra

Pavana Muktasana is a series of yoga sequences that support joint health and the digestive and circulatory systems, helping release stagnant energy and restore mobility.

Yoga Nidra (the yoga of conscious sleep) guides the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains aware, through meditation and guided visualisation.​

​

  • Promotes vitality, renewal and a regenerative rest

Soul Flow

A practice that combines pranayama, meditation, restorative yoga, yin yoga, Reiki, energy release and other yoga-based techniques.


Classes are guided intuitively, respecting the moment and the needs of the group.​
